Shipping Information

We are happy to offer free domestic US shipping to our customers. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Nevada, and can be expected to be delivered within 2-10 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse, depending on where you live. For your convenience, we use UPS and Fedex in order to get your SolaReef system to you as fast as possible. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

While we are certain you will absolutely love your SolaReef system and making more money from your solar panels, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return your system within 21 days. We do our best to preserve packaging and reduce waste and require that, in order to receive a full refund, you must include all system parts in excellent condition, in the original box. If you do not use the original packaging, you will be charged a fee of 20% of the paid value. If we determine that the product has been used in such a way that makes it unsellable as is, you will be charged a processing fee of 30% of the paid value.

Of course, any defective orders fall under our warranty policy and are not subject to any return shipping charges.
